Pros: Weight loss, get shredded. Cons: None. I have used several fat burners in the past, but I never seen the results I saw in the 24 fit system. It really helped me to get to my goal. I kept the same diet as I had before and slightly increased my cardio routine, believe it or not, I know have a six bag abs for the first time in my life. I highly recommend this product if you workout and looking to get shredded. I also liked the fact that I had no side effects from it, no breakouts to hair loss, nothing. I am about to cycle it for the second time.

Great product if you have been trying to lose those last stubborn 10 lbs. I have amped up my cardio routine and starting taking this product last month. In one month I have lost 6 lbs. I am confident that if I keep up both I will reach my goal of losing 10lbs total within a 2 month period. Best of all, I feel better and I also have more energy when I attack my workouts. Definitely give it a try if you are in a similar situation.

Hello: I'm sorry to say that these package did not work for me. I understand that every metabolism and body is different but to me did not any difference. I eat well, I work out in a regular basis (walking my dog 3 miles, and running everyday, and twice a week some weight lifting ) and I could not see any result.

Tried this for a month. Not saying it is not a good product; it just doesn't aid my weight loss as much as I would like.

I started taking this at the beginning of my new exercise program and have seen obvious results: I have more energy, I'm definitively burning more fat after less than 3 weeks.  

I did the research on similar products and finally chose this one because of the natural ingredients like cla. I started working out a couple of times a week for two months and did not see results, the I started taking this product for seven weeks and have lost about 10 lbs and my muscles are definitively showing more definition.  

I started using this product in an attempt to lose some belly fat and love handles. I am not extremely athletic, I run 2 to 3 miles a day, do some crunches, that is about it. I have noticed since taking this that I can endure my workouts a little better. I also have noticed that the love handles are slowing working themselves away. This is a great product, and I highly recommend.

Started with the Thermogenic Formula in July and added CLA Supplement in August. Have slimmed down from 220 to 185 since then. Feel more energy and abs are much more defined coupled with exercise. Best thing I have tried and no strange side effects (that I know of).

 Ive used this product daily for 5 months too and I have exactly the same experience with "Not quite there". However I just focus on working cardio, about 3 or 4 days a week. I'll try a couple more months and hopefully I can lose 10 more pounds. One good thing I have to mention is that this product has no side-effects to me at all.

Ive used this product regularly for the five months, in conjunction with an exercise routine combining weight lifting and cardio. For the first two months, I shed about ten pounds. My target was 20 and Ive flatlined over the last three months. I may give it a couple more months, but I think this product has limited use for substantial weight loss.

I have been using for the past month and just ordered a 2nd month. So far, so good. I have more energy during my workout and it seems to be paying off.

I use the product once in the morning and once at night. Combine this kit with exercise, and it will work unbelievably well. I have lost 24 pounds in two months with the help of this product - I have exercised more but changed my diet only slightly. I was buying the CLA and thermogenic separately before this kit became available, great idea! The two products really act together so that the combination is more than the sum of the parts, one product helps burn more fat and the CLA helps metabolize it to build more muscle celss.

I started using the CLA supplement several months ago with great results, so I decided to try this system a month ago and I must say that the results are even better. I workout occasionally, but I have gotten a lot leaner and have been able to shed some fat over my abs, it clearly improves the results from just exercise alone.
