Use Daily Face Wash and Daily Body Wash once a day to cleanse face and body. Gentle, liquid cleansers will not dry your skin out as many bar soaps do.
Always shower or wash face using lukewarm water, not hot.

Within 5 minutes of stepping out of shower or washing face, apply Advanced Face Lotion to your skin. This will lock more moisture into the pores.

Apply Advanced Face Lotion again at bedtime after splashing face with lukewarm water.
Invest in a humidifier to cut down on dryness in the air while you sleep.
