How To: Exfoliate Your Skin

Purpose:	Exfoliating your skin removes deep-down impurities and reveal healthy new cells, and only takes a few minutes to accomplish.
Estimated Time:	5 minutes
Tools:	Daily Face Wash, Microfine Face Scrub, TiO2 Sunblock SPF 30

	Clean face with Daily Face Wash and lukewarm water.

	After rinsing Daily Face Wash completely away, rub a dime-sized amount of Microfine Face Scrub between palms and apply to face.

	Gently massage Scrub into face for 1-2 minutes.

	Allow Scrub to sit on face for 1-2 minutes to allow Glycolic Acid to deep clean.

	Rinse Scrub completely away with lukewarm water and pat face dry.

	Repeat 2-3 times a week.

Tips:

Exfoliation is excellent for balancing skin tone and removing dead, darkened surface cells, but make sure to wear TiO2 Sunblock SPF 30 is going into direct sunlight right after exfoliating.
