How to Exercise on a Busy Schedule  
Purpose: To achieve better health and lose weight by finding time to fit exercise in throughout the day.

Set your alarm 15 minutes earlier to fit in some basic exercises, or to just have enough time to eat a nutritious breakfast after your workout.

If possible, walk or bike to work instead of driving. If you must drive, park as far away from the building as you can.

If you take mass transportation, get off a stop or two before your usual stop.
