How To: Care for Your Skin Without Causing Seasonal Irrirations or Rashes

How-to Soothe Irritations
Purpose: Take care of your skin through extreme weather and temperature changes.

Tools: TiO2 Sunblock SPF 30, Advanced Lip Protection SPF 30, Microfine Face Scrub, Daily Shampoo, Advanced Face Lotion, Daily Face Wash

Summer Skin Care:
Before going out into direct sunlight, apply TiO2 Sunblock SPF 30 to your face and body. Allow 20 minutes to fully absorb. Pay extra attention to sensitive areas like the hairline, back of neck and tops of feet.

Apply Advanced Lip Protection SPF 30 to lips to prevent chapping and overdrying.

Reapply TiO2 Sunblock SPF 30 every half hour in direct sunlight.

Wash hair with Daily Shampoo to remove impurities from salt or chlorinated water.

Apply Advanced Face Lotion to face before bedtime.
Two – three times a week, apply a thin layer of Microfine Face Scrub to face. Allow to set for 1 minute, then gently rub into skin. Wash completely away with warm water.
Winter Skin Care :
Cleanse your face with Daily Face Wash and lukewarm (not hot) water.

Within a few minutes of washing and drying your face, apply a thin layer of Advanced Face Lotion.

Although rays are not as strong, you are still susceptible to burns at high altitudes and from snow glare, so apply a thin layer of TiO2 Sunblock before heading outdoors.

Apply Advanced Lip Protection SPF 30 to lips to keep them hydrated.

Tips: Plan to exfoliate a day or two before you head out into the sun.

Resist using a lot of antibacterial gels and hand wipes; they can dry skin out with their alcohol content.

For very dry skin, try using a humidifier at night.
