I did the research on similar products and finally chose this one because of the natural ingredients like cla. I started using this product in an attempt to lose some belly fat and love handles. I am not extremely athletic, I run 2 to 3 miles a day, do some crunches, that is about it. I have noticed since taking this that I can endure my workouts a little better. I also have noticed that the love handles are slowing working themselves away. This is a great product, and I highly recommend.

Started with the Thermogenic Formula in July and added CLA Supplement in August. Have slimmed down from 220 to 185 since then. Feel more energy and abs are much more defined coupled with exercise. Best thing I have tried and no strange side effects (that I know of).

Ive used this product daily for 5 months too and I have exactly the same experience with "Not quite there". However I just focus on working cardio, about 3 or 4 days a week. I'll try a couple more months and hopefully I can lose 10 more pounds. One good thing I have to mention is that this product has no side-effects to me at all.

Ive used this product regularly for the last five months, in conjunction with an exercise routine combining weight lifting and cardio. For the first two months, I shed about ten pounds. My target was 20 and Ive flatlined over the last three months. I may give it a couple more months, but I think this product has limited use for substantial weight loss.
