Good for relaxing |

| I use this product every day and I have noticed that I look less tired with it. It reduces puffiness around the eyes and I have noticed that the fine lines on my cheeks are less noticeable. I use it every night before bed and prefer the warm treatment. It is good to use with the eye cream from Menscience. |

Lukewarm reception for hot gel mask |

| This is the first gel mask I've tried, and I think I am seeing some moderate results with the hot mask for dark circles, especially immediately after applying. I've worn it every night for two weeks now, though I'm not sure if the overall condition of my dark circles is improving. The directions say to wear it for 15 minutes after soaking for 5 in hot water, though even with the hottest water I can get without boiling, the mask seems to lose its heat after only about 10 minutes, and it's never so warm that I can't put it directly on my eyes; in fact with a washcloth under the mask, I couldn't feel it at all, so I don't bother with that. I think I may stop using it right before bed, and instead save it for just before I go out, as the effects seem most pronounced right after using. I'm not 'wow'd' by this product, but it could prove useful. |

| The eye gel mask is a great way to get rid of any discomfort or tension around the eyes and sinus's. I use the cold mask almost every morning for 10-15 minutes and it really helps helps me wake up and feel fresh for the start of the day. It is also great in the morning after a long night out on the town with friends. It helps take away any headaches or hangovers you may have. i would highly recommend this to friends. |

| I do enjoy chilling this in the fridge and putting it on before bed time
tried doing this in the morning but after about an hour puffy was back
It is more of a soothing treatment for tired eyes
niote: do not freeze as it will give you a head ache |

| The Gel Mask arrived in a timely manner, and price was competitve/attactive. I was impressed by the "nice" plastic durable case it came in and is great for storing.
The instructions told about using cool or warm water depending on the condition to "remedy." However, internet websites appear to give contradictory advice on whether to use colder or warmer applications. Nethertheless, it is a good temporary solution for dark circles under the eyes, but a good night's rest is always the best medicine.

Makes me feel relaxed |

| It keeps me relaxed and is very soothing to my eyes. However after using this eye mask for over a month and following the directions exactly, I have not seen any noticeable reduction of dark circles and puffiness around my eyes. I basically see this eye mask as a nice way to relax before bedtime. |

Warm or Cold |

| I use the Eye Gel Mask twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. I like to use the Cold treatment in the morning just after my shower, and at night I like to use the Warm treatment just before bed. This mask is very effective if you have a routine with it. I do recommend that you use this product with the Eye Rescue Formula for maximum rusults. |

| The product is a quick fix for bags under eyes. It does not eliminate the bags fully, but it definitely helps in reducing them |

| I use this eye mask everyday morning. Took it out from the freezer and placed it on my eyes about 10 minutes, before my eye cream and makeup. No irritation caused, and reduced my eye bags. It's a good product, I will continue using it as a long term treatment. |

| Works well for puffiness and eye bags but the freeze doesn't last long! Recommend to leave it in freezer longer, but it does work! Works well with eye rescue formula! |

| I mainly got these because I couldn't find anything to get the skin under my eyes to look better. I mainly just have the dark circles and sagging skin a little.
So go with the warm method and if it's a mild case it's better the next day sometimes it might take a few days to get looking better depending on how stressed I've been.
Then I use the eye rescue formula after.
I've used it cold a few times. Although I prefer the feel with warm, either is a good way to just relax. |

| Easy to use, but because there are no eye holes for the cold mask, this is uncomfortable for eyeballs. Better if was "donut shaped", so eyeball was not being chilled. |

| This works great whether you use it hot or cold. It really helps me because I'm wearing contacts all day and is best with the eye-cream and drops. |
