Serious. I have acne problems all my life. I'm in my mid 30's and, like everyone always says, have tried everything. This acne spot repair works. ** It is not 100%. But nothing is!
When I have some major cystic ones, I basically dab (not rub in) it on 2-4 times a day (on my days off :) ). It helps dry them up.

This product is easy to use, just like use face cream. It works well to light acne like my case. So I am not sure whether it works for severe acne.

I was not too impress with this product compared to other Menscience products I have tried in the past. First of it does not remove the acne within 24 hour period. From my experiences it tend to minimize the acne within 24-48 hours but what I don't like about this is that it will flatten down a pimple but not completely get rid of it (imagine it reducing the size of a pimple, but if you run your fingers over it there is still a bump there). I only use this product on big pimples that are starting or about to break out.
Another con is that it usually dries up the skin over the area applied and leaves a rough feel to it afterwards. I think this product is great for managing big pimples or really noticeable ones but I wouldn't use it to treat all pimples on your face.

I'll admit I was a total skeptic before I tried this product (along with the face wash and lotion). I'm 26, I've never had severe acne, but when I'm stressed with work or not getting regular sleep I tend to break out a little.
I've been using the product when necessary for about 10 months (yes 1 bottle has lasted this long) and I'm simply amazed at the results. It works faster than anything else I've tried, and I've used several over-the-counter products during my high school and college years. Could not recommend this highly enough.
The one thing to be wary of is flying. The seal for pressurization does not seem to be as tight as it could be, so after opening post-flight let it leak out a little and then clean off the nozzle. Such a great product, I even bought a bottle for my dad for his Birthday.

This is the best acne product I have found. It does not work as fast as it claims but over several days of applying it morning and night, it did do the job in getting rid of the acne spot. After a week of not using the product, however, the spot started to reappear. But, still more effective than anything I have found to date.

As someone who's not afraid to spend a few dollars to clean and protect his skin, I had high hopes for the Acne Therapy cream. Despite being a mid-20s male with clear skin, I, like many others, inevitably get a blemish or two.
