Ideal Acne Treatment

I don't even know how many acne treatment products are in the market right now, but it's probably 350-400. Out of all of them, maybe 10-12 acne medications have real acne cure potential. Here is what the ideal acne treatment should have to get rid of acne, in my opinion:

  1. Acne face wash for daily use
  2. Acne face tonic to remove mid-day/afternoon buildup
  3. Acne cream with prescription-grade ingredients
I’ll walk you through the important benefits of this acne product combination:

- To begin with, everyone should use a facial cleanser - especially if you suffer from acne. A gentle acne face wash will promote a clear complexion, clearing grime and oily residue from deep within the pores, and removing acne causing bacteria. You should always start your day by cleansing your face with an acne face wash and do the same at night before going to bed.

- Throughout the day in place of washing your face, use an acne face tonic to soothe, soften and clear your facial skin of organic buildup that can clog your pores. If you have acne prone skin, you must use an acne face toner at least twice a day to rebalance the skin's moisture levels.

- To prevent and control acne breakouts you should use an acne lotion with prescription-grade Benzoyl Peroxide, and enriched with vitamins and skin restoring ingredients that can be absorbed quickly by your skin to help soothe acne-stressed skin and improve its appearance. In case of severe acne, or large pimples, use a potent acne cream applied directly to acne blemishes and blackheads to eliminate breakouts within 24 hours.

There you have it. Acne products, with ideal acne medication to rid acne while improving your skin's appearance for immediate and long-term results.

Acne Breakouts Can Be Triggered by Stress

YOU'VE GOT A BIG MEETING IN 2 DAYS... You've worked on your presentation for over a month and it's your one shot to make a big impression. But what's this? Pimples - whiteheads - blackheads - an enormous zit? The only impression you'll make is that of a pimple-faced teenager - not a seasoned professional!

How can you possibly have an acne breakout? You eat right, wash your face regularly with men's skincare products and use acne treatment products - and for goodness sakes - you're in your late 30's!

Once considered pure fiction, medical research has just begun affirming that there is a real connection between stress and acne. To help men avoid and treat stress induced acne (so they look great for the big meeting), MenScience has just released a new article, aptly entitled Acne Breakouts Can Be Triggered by Stress - Check it out!
