Summer is here... and we've been reminded by the great folks at Sears that it is time to take out those grills from the garage and start grilling. Ahhh... grilling... I can't think of a better way to enjoy the summer season -- especially here in Florida -- where summer is part of the year round culture and it can a toll on our bodies. So, let's with exercising; in general, you know that staying active is vital to your fitness--body and skin.
