There’s nothing like the kick-off of a new year to give men the chance to evaluate their appearances and find ways to make improvements. The most popular New Year’s resolution always seems to be to lose weight and build more muscle. Which isn’t that surprising: who doesn’t want to replace that spare tire with some chiseled abs?
