Methods of Payment: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards. Orders shipped to Florida will be charged sales tax.
Redeeming coupons and discounts: Occasionally we may make available special discounts or coupons, these may be redeemed by entering the discount code in the space provided during the online checkout process. Missing or damaged items, lost orders: Please contact us immediately if any of the items in your order are missing or damaged, or if your order does not arrive within ten business days. We cannot replace lost orders that someone else receives on your behalf.
Shipping: We ship to all 50 U.S. states including APO/FPO addresses. We are commited to same day shipping on all orders received on a business day before 4 p.m. EST (M-F). Orders placed after 4 p.m. EST on Friday will ship the next business day. Please allow one extra business day if a holiday falls on or between the order date and expected delivery date.
