If you are not completely and unconditionally satisfied with the products purchased from our Website, simply return them for a full refund.

We are unable to process returns or refunds in products are received after the 30 days period. Please include original invoice and unused product (must be at least 75% of original contents). We cannot refund shipping charges. Please contact us before returning your order. Methods of Payment: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards. Orders shipped to Florida will be charged sales tax.

Redeeming coupons and discounts: Occasionally we may make available special discounts or coupons, these may be redeemed by entering the discount code in the space provided during the online checkout process. You may also provide the discount code to our skincare specialist if ordering by telephone. Coupons and discounts have expiration dates and special requirements that must be met for the discount to be valid.

Missing or damaged items, lost orders: Please contact us immediately if any of the items in your order are missing or damaged, or if your order does not arrive within ten business days. We cannot replace lost orders that someone else receives on your behalf.

Shipping: We ship to all 50 U.S. states including APO/FPO addresses. We are commited to same day shipping on all orders received on a business day before 4 p.m. EST (M-F). Orders placed after 4 p.m. EST on Friday will ship the next business day. Please allow one extra business day if a holiday falls on or between the order date and expected delivery date.
