I take this at night, just before bed. Doesnt keep me up. Has helped me maintain what muscle mass I create from working out. Good product.

CLA is a magic pill! Its been about 5 months of taking CLA and i feel great. It has helped my body reach new levels. I look in the mirror and see day by day results. I'm in the best shape of my life and im continuing to see improvements! I'll always have my supply of CLA.

Seriously, this product kicks all other products in the face. You aren't left with a rapid heart beat, dry mouth, or feelings of fatigue, after taking this pill. I take it twice a day and im finding myself in great shape and i dont have negative side effects. I plan on taking MenScience Advanced CLA Supplement for the rest of my life. MenScience has proved themselves above the rest yet again.

I am willing to go another month but to review the month's supply of CLA supplement showed no results. I am on a steady workout but I am hoping that another month might show a little more definition.
